Eesha Kokje is a PostDoc in the “Human-AI-Interaction” project at the Center for Leadership and People Management at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
Her research interests lie in understanding the factors influencing the interaction between humans and technology, and particularly, in understanding the underlying cognitive factors contributing to the decision-making process, using experimental methods.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mumbai, a Master’s degree in Cognitive and Neuropsychology from the University of Kent, and did her Ph.D. in Psychology at Heidelberg University.
