Anne-Kathrin Kleine works as a postdoc in the „Human-AI interaction in healthcare“ project at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management. Her research concentrates on the social-cognitive and behavioral mechanisms individuals use to overcome and learn from challenges at work. Currently, she focuses on the psychological aspects relevant to optimizing Human-AI interactions in healthcare.

A multi-methodological approach characterizes Anne-Kathrin Kleine’s research. She uses observational, experimental, and meta-analytical methods to study different aspects of psychological phenomena and data collected over time to shed light on change processes. She is also a strong advocate for applying open science practices and exploring ways to make scientific findings available and understandable for experts and the general public.
