Anne-Kathrin Kleine works as a postdoc in the „Human-AI interaction in healthcare“ project at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management. Her research concentrates on the social-cognitive and behavioral mechanisms individuals use to overcome and learn from challenges at work. Currently, she focuses on the psychological aspects relevant to optimizing Human-AI interactions in healthcare.
